Gladstone Merritt Evans III, 32, Alva: Defendant pled guilty July 2, 2019, to providing false/misleading registration information and violation of provision of the sex offender registration act in case CF-18-43. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment per count, all under custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant to receive credit for time served Woods County jail since Jan. 18, 2019. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $10,211.25.

Shannon Leigh Pirtle, 58, Waynoka: Defendant pled guilty July 10, 2019, to unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) (meth) with intent to and maintaining place for keeping/selling controlled substance in case CF-18-114. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment per count, all under custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, all of said terms of imprisonment suspended pursuant to the rules and conditions of probation entered by the court. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $1,845.50.

Harold William Pirtle, 56, Waynoka: Defendant pled guilty July 10, 2019, to unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) (meth) with intent to distribute maintaining place for keeping/selling controlled substance and possession of firearm after former felony conviction in case CF-18-116. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 8 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $1,451.75.

Todd James Talley, 29, Enterprise, Kansas: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 28, 2019, to sex offender living within 2,000 feet of a school in case CF-17-136. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 4 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Oklahoma department of corrections. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $1,798.47.

Dextyer Deway Cornelius, Jr, 28, Enid: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 14, 2019, to unlawful possession of CDS (meth) in case CF-17-143. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 10 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $14,120.67.

Dylan Michael Garrison Knierim, 27, Waynoka: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 9, 2019, to enabling child abuse by injury in case CF-18-100. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 5 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $1,650.25.

Dillon Von Nethercutt, 28, Alva: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 9, 2019, to unlawful possession of CDS (marijuana) with intent to distribute in case CF-18-106. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 10 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $789.

Dillon Von Nethercutt, 28, Alva: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 9, 2019, to unlawful possession of CDS (marijuana) with intent to distribute in case CF-18-107. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 10 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $1,938.73.

Lacy Diane Lee, 36, Oklahoma City: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 9, 2019, to distribution of CDS including possession with intent to distribute in case CF-18-108. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 14 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $1,435.50.

Lacy Diane Lee, 36, Oklahoma City: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 9, 2019, maintaining place for keeping/selling CDS in case CF-18-109. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 5 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. These terms to be served consecutive to CF-18-108 and CF-15-13. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $3,764.

Bryan Joseph Starkey, 43, Enid: Defendant pled guilty July 11, 2019, to possession of CDS (marijuana), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of minors in case CM-17-121. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year imprisonment per count, all under custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $4,551.44.

Felicia Kathleen Ducummon, 43, Tulsa: Defendant pled guilty July 15, 2019, to unlawful possession of CDS (Meth) in case CM-18-115. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriff. These terms to serve concurrently to Woods County CF-16-147. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $938.83.

Lacy Diane Lee, 36, Oklahoma City: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 9, 2019, to public intoxication in case CM-18-39. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 180 days to the District Court of Woods County; under the custody and control of the Oklahoma department of corrections. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $772.50.

Lacy Diane Lee, 36, Oklahoma City: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 9, 2019, to possession of CDS (meth). Defendant was sentenced to a term of 2 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriffs Department. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $963.

Cynthia Lynn Huddleston, 53, Wichita, Kansas: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 22, 2019, to possession of CDS (meth) in case CM-18-194. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 2 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriffs. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $1,298.

Jackie Dawn Bogart, 32, Alva: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 22, 2019, to possession of CDS (marijuana) unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with license suspended in case CM-18-194. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 2 years imprisonment; under the custody and control of the Woods County Sheriffs. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $1,988.59.

Jennifer Michelle Blankenship, 43, Alva: Defendant pled guilty Aug. 22, 2019, to stalking in case CM-19-7. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year imprisonment; under the custody and control of Woods County Sheriffs Department. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $1,085.50.

Lacy Diane Lee, 36, Oklahoma City: Defendant has been charged with bringing contraband into county jail in case CF-18-118. The defendant has plead guilty in CF-15-105 and sentenced to a 5 year deferred sentenced, in the District Court and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, upon payment of costs and assessments.

Bradford Kenneth Prophet, 47, Alva: Defendant has been charged with assault and battery in case CM-16-172. The defendant pled guilty in multiple felony cases in Alfalfa and Woods county and sentenced to 5 year incarceration and 9 year suspended, and it is in the best interest of justice and this case be dismissed, upon payment of costs and assessments.
