Gladstone Merritt Evans III, 32, Alva: Defendant pled guilty July 2, 2019, to providing false/misleading registration information and violation of provision of the sex offender registration act in case CF-18-43. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment per count, all under custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant to receive credit for time served Woods County jail since Jan. 18, 2019. Defendant was found guilty and shall pay total fees and costs of $10,211.25.

Shannon Leigh Pirtle, 58, Waynoka: Defendant pled guilty July 10, 2019, to unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) (meth) with intent to and maintaining place for keeping/selling controlled substance in case CF-18-114.
