Funeral services for Rudy Joe Briggs, 76, of Eldon, Oklahoma, will be Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at 2 p.m. in the Green Country Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Glenn Morgan. Rudy was born February 4, 1943, in Cherokee County and died October 5, 2019, in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He attended school at Slate Bluff before moving to Blackwell. Rudy was a graduate of Blackwell High where he played football and wrestled.
