Demetri Tyrell Wilson, Homestead, Florida, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over. ($100)

Bryan Marcus Rhoades, Bowie, Texas, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over. ($100)

Ann Kathryn Dillon, Nash, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over. ($100)
