Ladybugs defeat OKC Knights, advance to play Woodward

Following a close 45-42 loss to a tough Garber team Thursday, the Alva Ladybugs faced the OKC Knights, a homeschool team, Friday afternoon in the Wheat Capital Tournament at Chisholm. Alva was 5-1 going into the game while the Knights had a season record of 0-6.
The Ladybugs shot ahead in the first quarter and never gave up the lead, besting the OKC team 60-11. A lot of Ladybugs experienced some valuable playing time and each one of them put points on the board.
