OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A third Oklahoman has pleaded guilty to a federal misdemeanor in connection with the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, according to federal court records.
Tanner Bryce Sells pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. to parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building, according to the documents.
Sells faces up to six months in prison when sentenced Jan. 12.
Prosecutors say in court documents that Sells entered the Capitol without permission and walked through the rotunda, staying in the building for fewer than 10 minutes.
