Wimmer with 29 kills and 30 digs in five-set thriller

ALVA, Okla. – Northwestern Oklahoma State closed out their regular volleyball season Friday evening with a five-set match against the Bulldogs of Southwestern. The visitors used a solid middle part of the match, taking sets two and three to gain the 2-1 match lead before winning the match in the fifth set.

The win improves the Bulldogs record to 19-7 on the season with a 13-3 conference record.

The Rangers were led by Addison Wimmer with 29 kills on the evening match, setting the Rangers' new school record for most kills in a match. Kaydee Honeycutt finished with 19 kills, followed by Courtney...
