Man from Cherokee seriously injured in collision

 


Three people from Cherokee were injured, one seriously, in a Saturday morning wreck in Alfalfa County. Tony Tucker, 60, of Cherokee, was transported by Alfalfa County EMS to Share Medical Center in Alva. He was then transferred by Air-Evac to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City with head, trunk internal and trunk external injuries.

Cathy Wessells, 69, of Cherokee, and Cory Wilson, 38, of Cherokee, were transported by Alva EMS to Share Medical Center in Alva. They were treated and released.
