Tuesday, April 5, 2022

During this day there was one traffic stop.

10:29 a.m. – Report of a white semi driving reckless south of Carmen.

3:30 p.m. – Medic needed in the 600 block of Pennsylvania for a person with chest pains and problems breathing.

5:30 p.m. – Burglar alarm went off in the 300 block of Slaten Avenue. Keyholder advised there was a malfunction with the alarm and everything was okay.

5:55 p.m. – Beaver County requested mutual aid from Alfalfa County task force.

7 p.m. – Report of a verbal domestic situation in Carmen. Officer spoke with the parties and everything was okay.

7:55 p.m. – Report of a hay on fire on County Road 580 between Grady Road and Garvin Road.

8:10 p.m. – Caller advised someone took potting soil, lawn chairs and other items from Dollar General. Advised they took off in a silver car headed back into Cherokee. Officer made contact with the vehicle at Main and Grand. Property was recovered.

Wednesday, April 6, 2022

During this day there were two traffic stops.

5:33 a.m. – Medic needed in the 100 block of 3rd Street for a male who could possibly be having a heart attack. Medic took the patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.

8:23 a.m. – Extra patrol around the detour in Carmen for people speeding in the construction zone.

9:29 a.m. – Medic needed for a female who had fallen on County Road 730. Medic took the patient to St. Mary’s Hospital in Enid.

3:07 p.m. – Medic needed in Helena for a female having chest pains. Medic took the patient to St. Mary’s Hospital in Enid.

Thursday, April 7, 2022

During this day there were two traffic stops.

12:54 a.m. – Medic needed in the 300 block of 3rd Street for a female who fell and has a cut above her eye. No transport needed.

2:41 a.m. – Burglar alarm going off in the 300 block of Slaten Avenue. Deputy advised everything appears to be okay.

10:18 a.m. – Caller advised of a copper theft on County Road 550 and Grady Road.

10:32 a.m. – Welfare check in the 400 block of Pioneer Road. Medic took patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.

12:10 p.m. – Harper County requested the task force.

1:19 p.m. – Report of a hay barn fire at County Road 650 and Garvin Road.

2:26 p.m. – Report of a minor accident in front of T.H. Rogers. No medic was needed.

3:11 p.m. – Caller advised they could smell gas behind their grill at Sonic. Everything was okay.

3:30 p.m. – Report of someone walking down the sidewalk peeking in vehicles.

6:51 p.m. – Report of a male with no shoes, gray sweats and gray hoodie. Advised it was the male from earlier. Officer made contact with subject.

10:25 p.m. – Report of a black GMC with a trailer hauling limbs, sitting on the side of the road at County Road 650 and Garvin Road. Everything was okay.

Friday, April 8, 2022

During this day there were five traffic stops.

8:06 a.m. – Report of a Labrador retriever and Chihuahua were out at 6th Street and Oklahoma.

1:08 p.m. – Alarm company advised of a fire alarm going off on County Road 620. Keyholder advised it was false alarm.

2:45 p.m. – Possible domestic situation in the 200 block of Texas.

6:39 p.m. – Report of an intoxicated female at 7th Street and Colorado. Advised her arms were bleeding but appeared not to have weapon. Officer made contact with the female and she became combative. Medic took the patient to Share Medical Center in Alva and the officer took her dog to the vet.

Saturday, April 9, 2022

1:16 p.m. – Report of a subject, who had previously used counterfeit money, and who walked back into the business. Employee was told to call the cops if they did so.

5:52 p.m. – Report of a brown Mercury car driving around Bryon. Deputy en route and found the vehicle parked at a resident and everything appears to be okay.

9:44 p.m. – Caller advised he had struck a deer on US-64 and County Road 540. No one injured. All was okay.

Sunday, April 10, 2022

4:16 p.m. – Caller advised their neighbors have a dog in a crate or chained to the Porsche and it barks all day and all night. They spoke to the neighbor and they don’t care and told her to call the sheriff. Deputy spoke with the dog’s owner. All was okay.

4:31 p.m. – Medic needed in the 200 block of Murray Drive for a male with chest pains and trouble breathing. Medic took the patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.

6:02 p.m. – Report of a reckless driver on OK-8 and Carter Road.

6:54 p.m. – Report of grass fire on Bryan Road and OK-45.

7:08 p.m. – Report of a raccoon outside her house at 9th Street and Massachusetts.

Monday, April 11, 2022

12:21 a.m. – Medic needed in the 200 block of Massachusetts for a female who was having difficulty breathing. Medic took the patient to Share Medical Center in Alva.
