An Alva man is accused of taking a crossbow from Walmart twice using the same technique. Dillon Von Nethercutt, 31, of Alva, is charged with two misdemeanor counts of larceny of merchandise.

According to court records, Alva police were notified of the under-ringing theft on Aug. 9.
