Tuesday, November 29, 2022

8:36 a.m. – Medical alarm went off on OK-45. Advised everything was okay. The people were just checking the alarm.

9:26 a.m. – Caller advised of a person with a gun shooting at his dog in the 100 block of 6th Street. Caller advised the dog had been shot. Dog was taken to the vet in critical condition.

11:06 a.m. – Medic needed in the 400 block of Main for a male who had been exposed to sewer gas and was breaking out in hives. No transportation needed.

8:11 p.m. – Medic needed at Jefferson Road and County Road 550, for a male who had collapsed with blood coming from his mouth and was unconscious. Medic took the patient to Share Medical Center in Alva.

10:08 p.m. – Caller advised their father had thrown and hurt them. Advised the father was intoxicated and the caller was injured. No transport needed and subjects were separated.

Wednesday, November 30, 2022

During this day were one traffic stops and one report of cattle out.

5:53 a.m. – Caller advised she almost hit a truck and trailer in the road at OK-8 and OK-45 intersection. She only saw the truck because the driver had a flashlight. Deputy advised roadway was clear and the truck and trailer will remain in the ditch, waiting for parts.

9:37 a.m. – Report of an oil well compressor on fire on County Road 620 and Hughes Road.

2:18 p.m. – Medic needed on Harper Road for a male who fell from a ladder and hurt his back. Medic took the patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.

10:46 p.m. – Report of loud music in the 100 block of 5th Street. Office made contact with the subject. Advised the music was marginally loud and the subject turned the music down even more.

Thursday, December 1, 2022

During this day were two traffic stops.

7:49 a.m. – Report of a commercial alarm going off in the 300 block of Grand. All was okay.

9:35 a.m. – Report of dogs loose in the 900 block of Massachusetts. Caller advised she had a gun and will use it if the dog comes at her, as she was trying to get to her vehicle to go to work. Officer requested assistance. Officer advised and a taser was deployed.

12:30 p.m. – Report of a grass fire at Major Road and County Road 510.

8:29 p.m. – Medic needed for a person with a cut on his foot and it won't stop bleeding. Medic took the patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.

Friday, December 2, 2022

During this day there were two traffic stops.

6:38 a.m. – Alarm company advised of a silent alarm at Gateway Bank. Keyholder was called but was not contacted. Officer advised the bank was secure and appears everything was okay.

1:29 p.m. – Report of a suspicious person at United.

4:02 p.m. – Medic needed for a male who fell and his EKG wasn’t good. Medic took the patient to St. Mary’s Hospital.

4:59 p.m. – Report of suspicious small SUV at an oil field site east of the Cozy Curve. Deputy made negative contact.

8:36 p.m. – Report of a truck that had flipped over in the canyon west of Cherokee on Greer Road. No transport was needed.

8:37 p.m. – Report of a fire on Jefferson Road and County Road 550.

Saturday, December 3, 2022

During this day was one report of cattle out.

9:24 a.m. – Report of a pit bull out in the 400 block of Broadway, running loose and being vicious.

9:56 a.m. – Report of the same dog in the 1000 block of Massachusetts.

5:27 p.m. – Report of a reckless driver at 11th Street and Grand.

Sunday, December 4, 2022

2:51 p.m. – Fire department needed in the 400 block of Central for a heater that was smoking and sounding like it was blowing up. Carmen Fire Department responded.

4:06 p.m. – Report of dog running loose in the 900 block of Pennsylvania. Officer advised the dog charged and he shot the dog. Officer transported the canine to Salt Plains Vet. Another officer was en route with the owner.

5:40 p.m. – Medic needed in the 300 block of 5th Street for a female having trouble breathing. Medic took the patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.
