Do you make plans for your day, week or month? I try to plan, but something unexpected always happens to derail me. I’ve learned to separate my “to do” lists into must do, should do, hope to do categories.

Last Tuesday was one of those days. A full time employee who has several roles in getting the Newsgram published was diagnosed with flu. Another employee called in sick. I took on an extra role, and other employees stepped up to fill positions. Before that night ended, two more employees went home sick. But we persevered, and the Newsgram went out with (almost) no hitches.
