Aline man charged with vehicle theft

 


A woman told Cherokee police the man who was going to repair her car won’t return it. On April 24, Sgt. Tristan Hall took a walk-in report from Lavada Frye about her 2009 Buick Enclave. Frye reported she let Brian Condreay take her vehicle to his residence in Aline on April 21 with the agreement that he was going to repair it.

Frye stated Condreay came to her residence on April 22 to ask if she would do his laundry. Frye told him she couldn’t and told him she did not want him driving the vehicle because the tags were expired.
