Airport Commission has short meeting

The Alva Airport Commission had a short agenda for their regular meeting May 8. Chairman Dale Logsdon opened the meeting with commission members Paul Kinzie, Terry Cline and Mayor Kelly Parker present. Calleb Mosburg was absent. City Business Manager Stephen Ford attended, but Airport Manager Derrick Courson was absent.
The minutes of the last meeting were not provided, so the commission members voted to table approval until the next meeting.
In the city council report, Parker said the city has learned the new water meters will arrive sooner than expected. They should arrive during May or June...
