Ray Smith, Cherokee vs. Service Oklahoma: lost title ($68).

Marriage License Filings

Dalton James Meeks, Stillwater, and Taylor Anne Miller, Cherokee: marriage license with certificate ($5).

Divorce Filings

Mark Raymond Skinner vs. Teresa Skinner: divorce ($272.14).

Traffic Citations

Brent Christopher Aitken, Enid, has been cited with failure to comply with compulsory insurance law ($269).
