Fall is my favorite time of the year! For one thing, I love autumn weather better than that of the other seasons. For another, I enjoy watching football – in person and on television; whether played by athletes on high school, college or professional teams.

Football season starts in August and ends with a flourish every year with playoffs, college bowl games, and ultimately, of course, the Super Bowl to crown the latest National Football League (NFL) champion.
