Three photographers capture different visions in the July exhibit at Graceful Arts

Chuck McClary's photographs now at Graceful Arts Gallery include earthly images along with his astral techniques of the skies.

"Color is a duplication of actuality, black and white is an interpretation of reality," says Todd Horner, a photographer featured in this month's "Through the Lens" exhibit at Graceful Arts Gallery in Alva. The First Friday Art Walk tonight kicks off the new exhibit. From 6 to 8 p.m. visitors are invited to browse the gallery, listen to music provided by Freddie Riggins and enjoy free refreshments.

Horner grew up in the Flint Hills area of Kansas and works to capture the movement of the Tallgrass Prairie. He now lives in Osage County, Oklahoma.
