"Photos can freeze time," says Lora Reynolds. Her photographs are featured in this month's "Through the Lens" exhibit at Graceful Arts Gallery in Alva.
Lora Reynolds says she always took photos growing up in Kansas. But she didn't get serious about photography until about eight years ago. While she was a mother with a houseful of children, six to be exact, she continued to take lots of photos. With three girls and three boys, including a set of twins, Reynolds had plenty of subjects for portraits, although they were sometimes reluctant. "They get tired of modeling for me," she said.
