Tuesday – Chicken fajita with sour cream, Mexican corn, refried beans, white cake with orange topping (diabetic: white cake plain)
Wednesday – Tuna macaroni salad, pickled beets, crackers, mandarin oranges in Jello, snickerdoodle cookie (diabetic: sugar free shortbread cookie)
Thursday – Cheeseburger on a bun, relish plate, sweet potato fries, peanut butter cake with peanut butter frosting (diabetic: peanut butter plain cake)
