ALVA – Alva Varsity Ladybugs opened the scoring in the first after Jaycee Kelln singled, scoring one run. Clinton Red Tornadoes took the lead in the top of the second. R. Giblet doubled, scoring two runs, to give Clinton the edge, 2-1. A ground out by K. Davis extended the Clinton lead to 3-1 in the top of the third inning.
