Monday night, the Alva City Council will hear two presentations, look at changes to the employee handbook and vote on policies to help in their application for a TSET grant. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
Following the consent agenda and reports, the council will hear a presentation from NWOSU President Dr. Bo Hannaford on the impact the university has on Alva.
Next will be a presentation by Oklahoma Natural Gas on a franchise agreement.
