The first item on the agenda for the Woods County Commissioners meeting Monday brought up the controversial topic from the Aug. 14 meeting. Present at the meeting were Commissioners John Smiley, Randy McMurphy and David Hamil. First Deputy Jennifer Schafer filled in for the County Clerk Shelley Reed who is on vacation.
