When two individuals decided to settle their differences with a fight, one bystander apparently became aggressive and sent another man to the hospital.

According to the probable cause affidavit, on Aug. 14 about 9:25 p.m. Cody Zimbelman called the Alfalfa County Sheriff’s Office to report he was physically assaulted.
