Monday, the Alva City Council and Alva Utility Authority will consider signing an Oklahoma Water Resources Board note for up to $5.835 million. Security for the note is a pledge of city revenues from water, sewer and waste management. The note is for improvements to the city water system. The city council will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
