Cherokee Public School's board held its regular monthly meeting Tuesday, Sept. 12. After reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and praying for the health and safety of those in the school, the group settled down to hold the meeting.

Enrollment Down, but Students Up and At 'Em

High School Principal Lane Pruett reported that his enrollment is down a little from last year, “but a huge senior class graduated,” he noted. High school enrollment is 102; junior high enrollment is 89.
