Alva FFA members exhibit at Woods County Free Fair and Livestock Judging Contest

On Sept. 8, Alva FFA livestock showmen exhibited their animals at the Woods County Free Fair in Alva. Many of the members did well, including Avery McMurphy, who exhibited the Grand Champion Heifer and won Senior Cattle Showmanship; Ember Sandoval, who won Senior Goat Showmanship; and Kodee Ohm, who won Grand Champion Doe and Intermediate Goat Showmanship. Katelee Martin, Jazzni Hembree and Jansen Shirley also exhibited non-livestock entries and placed within their respective categories.
