Kyle Ole Stauffer, Alva, 39, has been charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (meth) with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm after former felony conviction and unlawful use of a police radio ($1,183.25).

Samuel Henry Lannan, Alva, 23, has been charged with DUI-aggravated ($990.25).
