Andy Rooney said, “Most of us end up with no more than five or six people who remember us. Teachers have thousands of people who remember them for the rest of their lives.”

This past weekend, Timberlake Schools recognized the teachers who were working when Timberlake Public Schools began with the consolidation of Helena-Goltry and Jet-Nash. Four teachers have been going strong the past 30 years and have taught a total of 167 years and were honored as parade marshals in a parade on Saturday.
