A Carmen woman is facing a felony charge in Woods County related to her pregnancy. Stephanie Renae Miller, 28, of Carmen, has been charged with child neglect, a felony. This crime is punishable by imprisonment not exceeding life, or by a fine of $500 to $5,000, or both such fine and imprisonment.

Court records show on Sept. 8, Miller’s mother came to the Woods County Sheriff’s Office to arrange for civil paper service.
