Following a three-hour closed session, the Alva Arena Authority (AAA) voted to secure the services of Crossland Construction as construction manager at-risk for the proposed multi-purpose event center.

The regular meeting held Tuesday at noon was attended by trustees Melinda Barton, Dr. Janet Cunningham, Todd Holder, Mike Hood, Darrell Kline, Gregg Glass and Daren Slater. Also attending were Glen Calvert of Priefert Complex Design, AAA Assistant Secretary Sonja Williams and Jalynn Fausnaugh.
