Jerry Lee Vaag Jr., Cherokee 36, has been charged with seven counts of soliciting sexual conduct for communication with a minor by the use of telephone; showing obscene material to minor and soliciting minor for indecent exposure/obscene material ($2,949.75).

Misdemeanor Filings

Mark Dwight Van, Oklahoma City, 64, has been charged with four counts of obtaining cash and/or merchandise by bogus check ($1,181).

Traffic Citations

Josh Barnard Capehart, Broken Arrow, has been cited for speeding 16-20 over the speed limit ($279).

Derry Dean John’s, Brahman, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($100).

Joreta Lynn Hammer, Fairview, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($100).

Christopher Lee Ortiz, Fort Worth, Texas, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($100).

Harmony Ostroff-Cortright, Cherokee, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($100).

William Adam Philips, Woodward, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($100).

Gage Cooper Trowbridge, Neosho, Missouri, was cited with not wearing seatbelt ($20).
