The Alva Airport Commission tabled a request by Woods County Rural Water District No. 3 (RWD#3) for an expanded easement around their building on airport property. Tim Ohm, chairman of the RWD#3 board, explained the district is applying for ARPA funding to install emergency generators for their water pumps. He said the generators could be powered by diesel, propane or natural gas.
