ALVA – Northwestern Oklahoma State men's basketball player Brian Free earned Great American Conference Player of the Week for Week 11 following a 2-0 week for the Rangers with wins over Southern Arkansas and Arkansas Monticello.

Brian Free led the Rangers in scoring both games this week averaging 26 points per game on 53.6 percent shooting, including 50 percent from three and 94 percent from the foul line. He averaged 4.5 assists and three rebounds per game as well.
