Alva FFA is gearing up for OYE and spring contests

The Alva FFA chapter is preparing for the Oklahoma Youth Expo, which will be March 12–22. The Ag Mechanics team will be exhibiting “Carl” the chapter’s remodeled Model B John Deere Tractor at OYE. This contest consists of several interviews about the tractor’s original state, its model and build, and what they have remodeled on it. Several different members will also be exhibiting livestock in several different species categories. The Oklahoma Youth Expo is known as the largest youth expo in the world, which makes the shows even more competitive.
