Carrie Dotson joined Burlington School as the new administrative assistant and activity funds clerk this year. Dotson graduated from Burlington and then received a finance degree with a minor in accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Her favorite thing about Burlington is its close-knit community and its leaders. She said, "We celebrate each other in good times and lean on each other in the down times. We encourage each other and really push our students, teachers, and staff to be the best version of themselves."

Dotson enjoys her relationship with the students. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, running, helping with her family farm, water skiing and watching Burlington Elks basketball. Dotson has a husband, Clint, to whom she has been married for 22 years. They have two children, a daughter, Hailey, and a son, Cash.
