ALVA – Dr. Peggy Wisdom established the Wisdom Family Foundation Scholarship in Nursing to support education; however, this scholarship also supports community healthcare in Oklahoma. Dr. Wisdom chose to support the nursing program to increase the number of graduates in the nursing field, which aids in supporting the healthcare of the Oklahoma community workforce.
