ALVA – Faith Simpson on Tuesday afternoon was named to the All-American First Team honors for the D2CCA. She becomes the first Lady Rangers player and first Northwestern player to earn first team All-American in the Division II era.

Simpson adds the D2CCA All-American honors after an outstanding season where she has earned All-Central region player of the year, Central region first team, GAC Player of the Year and GAC All-Conference First Team.
