Wallet stolen from pickup

An Alva man reported his wallet had been stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight. Timothy Don Thomas who lives in the 700 block of Church told police he parked his 2009 Ford F-150 in the alley about 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15. He returned to the vehicle at 4 a.m. on Friday to find the center console open and his wallet missing.

The wallet is described as long black leather with an OU emblem. The wallet contained his driver’s license, military ID, a checkbook, a debit card and insurance cards.

The burglary has been assigned to Officer Jade Cardenas for investigation....
