Women's Golf Takes Fifth at GAC Preview

OKLAHOMA CITY (Oct. 11, 2017) – Oklahoma Baptist improved five strokes from the first round and finished fifth at the Great American Conference Preview, played at Lake Hefner North Golf Course Monday and Tuesday.
The Lady Bison finished at 314 as a team, matching their second-lowest total of the fall. OBU finished one stroke out of fourth place in the field comprised of eight GAC schools.
Freshman Elly Baze shot her lowest round of the year at one-over 73 to finish tied for fifth place at 153. It was the second best round for any Lady Bison golfer this season.
