Northwest Family Services will be sponsoring a Foster Care Support/Training Group Sunday, Nov. 13, from 6 – 7:30 p.m. in the basement of the First United Methodist Church in Alva (626 College Ave.). All kinship, respite, alternative caregiver, host, traditional foster, TFC foster and adoptive families are invited to attend regardless of what agency you are certified through. Each participant will receive a certificate for one hour of continuing education.
