A Kansas man was arrested at Little Sahara State Park, Waynoka, on possession of marijuana in mid-October. According to court records, Park Ranger Adam Honeyman was working on Saturday, Oct. 15, about 6:55 p.m. He was patrolling the fence line of the dune riding area near the “drag strip” which has a high potential for people walking and riding ATVs to access the area by crossing the fence line. The dune riding area for ATVs is intended for controlled access only through the two gates provided.
