The appointment of a new city council member leads the agenda of Monday’s meeting. Following a vote to approve her appointment, Mary Hamilton will be administered the oath of office. She is to fill the unexpired term of Wes Miller in Ward 3, Seat 2. Miller is moving out of state. This will leave the council with only one vacant seat in Ward 1. The council meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 7 in the council chambers at City Hall.
