RUSTON, La. – Oklahoma Baptist battled but came away on the short end of a 79-63 score in a men's basketball exhibition at Division I Louisiana Tech Wednesday.

With the score tied at 28-28, the Bulldogs ended the first half on a 21-6 run to take a 49-34 halftime lead. Louisiana Tech scored one more point than the Bison from there.

"We played well," said OBU Coach Quinn Wooldridge. "The guys competed. La. Tech is really good and we didn't back down."
