Bill Johnson Correction Center Warden Janice Melton has announced her retirement effective April 1, 2017. She made the announcement in an email to members of the BJCC Advisory Board.
In the email Melton states, "It is time that I finally answer the question 'When are you retiring?' My official retirement date is April 1, 2017. I am looking forward to spending more time with my husband, who retired two years ago, and to pursuing some consulting opportunities. I will likely work through February and use annual leave through March.
