Alva Schools take action to improve A-F Report Cards

Members of Alva Schools administration and school board, faculty members and many parents were frustrated with the A-F school report cards released by the State Board of Education near the end of October. Two of the Alva school sites performed just fine, receiving grades of A (Washington and Longfellow), while three of the Alva sites (Lincoln, Alva Middle School and Alva High School) ended up with C grades.
