Nescatunga Arts and Humanities Council member David Poindexter, associate professor of visual arts at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, will lead a workshop for those interested from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the second floor of The Runnymede in downtown Alva during the annual First Friday Art Walk on Friday, May 3. Pay at the door.
On the first floor from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. will be a free display of artwork created by members of the Alva High School art classes led by Greg McClure.
