Turf runway, VFW property on airport agenda

A turf runway and the VFW property are topics on the agenda for the Alva Airport Commission meeting Monday, Dec. 12. The commission will meet at 7 p.m. in the airport terminal meeting room.
After hearing reports from the city council and from the airport manager, the commission members will discuss and act on the usage and maintenance of the VFW property.
That will be followed by discussion and action on the construction and development of a turf runway.
Time is allotted at the end of the meeting for remarks and inquiries by citizens attending....
