The Woods County Industrial Development Authority (WCIDA) concluded their December meeting by entering into an executive session to talk with potential renters of the Westlakes building site (former Big Man building) on the west side of town. After the completion of the executive session, the board agreed to lease the building to Cory Blackledge, to be used in part for vehicle refurbishing.
