Shannon Nesseralla is a senior at Alva High School (AHS) and she is involved in softball, Key Club, H20, National Honor Society, basketball and FCA. Nesseralla took journalism at AHS to learn more about the news world. One thing that she has learned about the newspaper process is that there is a lot more to it than just writing the story.

Nesseralla thinks that this class will help later in life when deciding a career path as she reaches out and talks to people of all occupations. Her biggest struggle so far in the class has been writing the paper and coming up with interview questions. The community support that has been shown is amazing it has really pushed her to work harder.
