Northwestern Oklahoma State University students thank donors for their generous investments in student scholarships.
'Tis the season of giving for the Northwestern Oklahoma State University community. For the second consecutive year, the Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association participated in the global online Giving Tuesday campaign to raise funds for student scholarships through its annual giving program, RISE (Rangers Investing in Students & Education). More than $26,000 was raised between Nov. 29 and Dec. 16.
Two anonymous alumni pledged $10,000 and alumnus Mary Lou Bryan, '59, of Ponca City, Okla., pledged $2,000, totaling $12,000 in matching gifts during the campaign. The goal of $24,000 was reach...
