Alva Business Manager Joe Don Dunham told the city council Dec. 19 that work is proceeding as planned on the airport T-hangar construction. He said as of that date, the concrete work on the foundation and ramps was 75 percent complete. The hangar building is on order and scheduled to be delivered around the first of January.
